The Australian Off Road Commission (AORCOM) has approved an increase engine capacity to a number of already existing classes for 2023.

After extensive analysis of comparative data, consultation and feedback between AORC competitors, organisers and Off-Road Licence holders, Pro Buggy, Performance 2WD, Extreme 2WD, Production 4WD and Extreme 4WD classes will all see an increase in engine capacity to 7 litres.

The increase will allow competitors to run 7 Litres in all rounds of the AORC and in State events from January 1st, 2023.

The notice in change will provide ample lead time for competitors to prepare for the 2023 season. The overarching change in specific technical class specifications will be detailed shortly.
