The Victorian Off Road Championship (VORC) kicks off this weekend with round one at the Bruce Fiske Memorial Enduro, hosted by the Bendigo Car Club.
The Short Course Off Road event will be run as an action-packed one-day-event on Sunday 1 July at the Bagshot Motorsports Complex, 25 kilometres north east of Bendigo.
Victoria’s best off roaders will be faced with a tight and challenging 5.5 kilometre course over a variety of surfaces including sand, clay and gravel.
Reconnaissance and prologue will run on Sunday morning, followed by two one-hour heats.

The event is named after long standing Victorian off road racing supporter Bruce Fiske, who passed away on 20th December 2013.
Bruce was a keen off roader, who co-ordinated off road racing at the Bendigo Car Club for several years. He was also a long standing chairman of the Victorian Off Road Panel.
Round two of the VORC will move on to the Rainbow Desert Enduro, which is also the third and final round of the BFGoodrich CAMS Australian Off Road Championship, on 10-12 August in Rainbow, Victoria.
