The extended highlights for the Polaris Motorsport Australia Off Road Championship (AORC) season opener in Charters Towers are now available to watch online.
Held recently, the Markwell Group Gold City 450 was on the AORC calendar for the first time, with the 50-kilometre course proving quite challenging for the 55 entered crews.
Available to watch on 7plus, the highlights show features a mix of interviews, highlights and results from the 2023 season opener.
Taking out victory in historic fashion were SXS Turbo stars James Cook and Mitch Aucote, with the Victorians beating reigning champions Ryan Taylor and Kye Floyd and West Australians Travis Robinson and Andrew Pinto to the chequered flag in what was a thrilling contest.

The official AORC standings have also been updated following the season opener is also available online, with Cook and Aucote currently leading the way after their round one heroics.

The 2023 AORC season continues in April the second running of the Wentworth Shire Pooncarie Desert Dash.
The event will see crews tackle four laps of the 100-kilometre course across two days with entries currently being accepted via the Motorsport Australia Entry Portal until Friday 7 April.
