2019 ready for action

There is more to the first weekend of March than just marking the end of summer, as the first state off road championships take place.

Following the recent CAMS state awards evenings celebrating the champions of 2018, it has officially reached time to move on from the past and onto the new season.

Each state has confirmed the dates and locations for each round of their respective championships, starting with the CAMS West Australian Off Road Championship’s Perenjori 360.

Victoria is the next and only other state to start its season in March, as the Rainbow Rises takes place the following week.

When the BFGoodrich CAMS Australian Off Road Championship holds its season opener in St George on the first weekend of April, Queensland and New South Wales’ first rounds will coincide with the national event.

On the following weekend, 1500 kilometres south from St George, Tasmania will hold its first event of 2019 at Symmons Plains, while South Australia’s season opener will take place on 13-14 April.

With more than 30 state rounds occurring throughout 2019, the following calendar will keep all off road racing fans up to date with every event around Australia.
